Dear Builders, I am pleased to announce the launch of the Upstate Luxury Tour of Homes, a carefully curated virtual tour that is not limited by geography or dates in time. The Upstate Luxury Tour of Homes, in its inaugural year, will provide builders a full 365-day platform to showcase their most sophisticated properties for discerning palates. Through a targeted digital marketing campaign, the HBA of Greenville will market not only to those who live, work, and play in the Upstate . . . But also those who are planning to move, and therefore build, in our ever expanding community. We are proud to make available to you the opportunity for your luxury home builds to be featured in the first-ever Upstate Luxury Tour of Homes. Homes that are submitted will be promoted on a custom built, state-of-the-art website. Homes on the website will be accessible through a subscription portal, so subscribers can access the galleries 24/7/365 instead of just on a particular weekend. Rain or shine, these homes will be at people’s fingertips, and just a click away.
