2023 Upstate Parade of Homes

Description

This year the parade will be capped at 30 homes. *Along with the parade entry, each builder will receive 5-10 still photos and 2-3-minute video walk through of the home for your future use. Video will include a “Meet the Builder” section for the HBA of Greenville to use on all social media outlets. If any changes need to be made to your entry (whether pulling the entry or switching to a different house), please review paragraph 9 of the Builder Contract carefully and notify the HBA of any entry changes immediately. We will promote your entries to the REALTORS, and encourage them to visit your Parade homes on the Fridays of the Parade when all the homes are open and traffic is typically the lightest. Accurate information is essential - especially contact info, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses - so that the information on the information sheets are correct. Note: most HBA communication with the Parade builders is via e-mail so be sure we have your correct e-mail address. We look forward to working with you! Questions?
